Black Slate Fire Hearth

Black Brazilian riven slate hearths are produced from large blocks of slate and hand-split using a hammer and chisel, resulting in its characteristic natural riven texture.

Brazilian slate can come completely plain in colour or with pattern, this is inherent with natural riven slate from Brazil. We have to make you aware when purchasing this product that we do not select. You should expect variations in 2 tone colours, texture and natural cleft ridges. Every slab will be different from the next and very rarely match. Also surface texture may vary, some appearing smooth whilst others displaying more pronounced natural features.

Available in various sizes and either 20mm or 30mm thicknesses. Please get in touch and provide your dimensions.
